Blower door tests establish the pre-renovation airtightness of Casa Palacio de los Torrero

On 3 December 2025, Built4Life, in collaboration with the Official Association of Architects of Aragón (COAA) and eBuilding – Edificios Eficientes, began a series of blower door tests across different spaces of Casa Palacio de los Torrero.

The work is part of the project “Comprehensive Study of Casa Palacio de los Torrero with Sustainability Criteria” and contributes to the detailed characterisation of the building before renovation. A total of 15 spaces were tested to assess airtightness and identify air leakage. These baseline measurements will later be compared with post-intervention results to quantify the improvements achieved.
