The new HVAC systems at Casa Palacio de los Torrero became operational just in time for the first heatwave of 2026.

Congratulations to COAA for making it happen on time! The intervention marks an important step in improving indoor environmental conditions and energy performance in the historic building. The intervention is part of the ongoing renovation process supported by the “Comprehensive Study of Casa Palacio de los Torrero with Sustainability Criteria”, in which Built4Life is contributing to the assessment of the building and the monitoring of improvements in its indoor environmental conditions and energy performance.
