Sustainable Mobility Research

In 2018, the University of Zaragoza and Zaragoza City Council collaborated on a research project aimed at supporting more sustainable urban mobility in Zaragoza. The project focused on identifying suitable locations for park-and-ride facilities and exploring how these mobility infrastructures could be complemented with photovoltaic energy production, considering aspects such as solar access and the potential integration of photovoltaic systems in parking areas. The project was led by Ángel Antonio Bayod Rújula, with Belinda López-Mesa participating as a collaborator, together with Enrique Cano Suñén and Antonio Montañés Espinosa.
