David Delgado Baudet

David Delgado Baudet is Adjunct Professor (substitute) at the Built4Life Lab, University of Zaragoza (Spain).

He is an Architect from the Madrid School of Architecture (ETSAM–UPM, 2004). Between 2004 and 2021, he combined independent professional practice with collaborations in renowned architectural firms, including Alberto Campo Baeza, Ecosistema Urbano, GassZ Arquitectos, and VOArq. From 2016 to 2017, he worked as an architect at the Norman Foster Foundation, where he was part of the design team for the pavilion of its headquarters in Madrid. He has been involved at the University of Zaragoza as Predoctoral Researcher and as Postdoctoral Researcher between 2020 and 2025. He earned his PhD in Architecture from the University of Zaragoza (2024) with a dissertation that explores the presence and visibility of women architects in professional magazines and other media in Spain between 1965 and 2000.

Research focus: His research examines the history of Spanish architecture during the second half of the 20th century from a gender perspective, analysing the presence and work of women architects in print media as well as their representation in audiovisual formats.
